Q.	How long will it take to complete my web site?
A.	Our turn-around time is usually 2-weeks for most projects however depending on the complexity of your design and number of pages it may take up to 30 days.  The longest time frame we have ever worked on a site up to date is 3 weeks while most took only a few days.
Q.	Will I be able to make changes to my own site?
A.	Yes.  Although we prefer to maintain your site for you we can give you the option of doing so yourself.  We will provide you a copy of your site on cd-rom and give you your account info for ftp access.
Q.	Is there a contract required for your hosting, maintenance plan, or web promotion plans?
A.	No.  We do not require you to commit to any contracts.  All our routine services are done on a month to month basis with the option to cancel at any time by sending us an e-mail at info@twonet.com.
Q.	Do I need to have a merchant account in order to sell my products online?
A.	No.  There are plenty of FREE credit card processors online which only charges a small percentage of your sales.  We recommend Charge.com or PayPal.com.  Visit their websites for more info.
Q.	I would like to have a site to sell monthly subscriptions.  Is this possible?
A.	Yes.  We can set your site up to sell items for an online store or subscriptions with automatic renewal which will allow your customers to make secure online credit card payments.
Q.	Do you offer technical support to your customers?
A.	Yes.  Customer support is limited to existing customers only.
